Kennedy Executive má 20. pobočku, Švédsko, Gothenburg

SWEDISH OFFICE MARKS 20TH DESTINATION FOR KENNEDY EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Brussels/Stockholm, June 8,  2020

Kennedy Executive Search is proud to announce it will set foot in Sweden. Frisenberg J. & Associates, Kennedy’s partner office in Monaco, will open up a second office in Gothenburg in June, marking the 20th partner destination for the global network of privately-owned executive search firms. Frisenberg J. & Associates is headed by Kennedy’s current President, Swedish born Caroline Frisenberg. It is the second Scandinavian partner for the network after DNA Headhunting / Kennedy Executive Copenhagen. Frisenberg J. & Associates was founded in 2011. The firm is specialized in recruiting senior management and C-suite roles for leading companies across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Many of their clients have been with the firm for many years. The firm’s client base is diverse with companies ranging from the Consumer, Luxury and Media to the Tech, Maritime and Industrial industries. The latter, Industrial, will be a big focus for the Swedish office. Historically, Sweden is a strong player in the Industrial sector worldwide. The country has ample natural resources like forests and water and is the birth place of many big global names like Mölnlycke, H&M, IKEA, Volvo, Ericsson and Electrolux. Furthermore, no matter if one uses the geographical label Nordics or Scandinavia, the country has a strategic central position. For this reason, many international companies looking to set up shop in the region, opt for Sweden as their place of business. Caroline Frisenberg, founder and owner of Frisenberg J. Associates, was born in Sweden and still performs many searches in her home country. “Sweden is my heritage, my home market so to speak”, she explains. “I know the culture, the language and am in tune with current trends in the Swedish job market. Furthermore, I have a strong network of both clients and candidates here, gained through my 15 years of experience in recruitment for Swedish companies. It made perfect sense to open an office there”. The office’s location, Gothenburg, is a strategic decision. The city’s geographical location means that both Sweden’s and Norway’s capital cities Stockholm and Oslo can be reached by car in about 3 hours. The city also provides easy access to the rest of Europe and is home to many large corporations. This includes the Swedish multinational manufacturing company Volvo, still calling the city home almost 100 years after the brand was founded. Göteborg Landvetter Airport is the countries second airport and an important hub for freight and international transport. Caroline Frisenberg: “The Swedish office will allow Kennedy Executive to add further service and relevance to our client. Being part of the Kennedy network means we can combine local relevance and knowledge, with an international scope, vision and mindset. This will appeal to both local as well as global companies looking for a solid and trusted partner in their various recruitment needs”.
