We collect the following information: name and surname, date of birth, nationality, information on education and certifications, detailed information on contact details including permanent residence, email, telephone number, work experience, knowledge and skills, preferences regarding new job offers and offers projects, financial requirements, information about requirements, preferences and expectations from a new job or project, information about our mutual communication, information about contacts to verify references that you provide us, information freely available on the Internet and social networks, or in other publicly available resources.

 

Client data 

we want to provide quality services. Therefore, we must collect and store your data and personal data, as well as personal data from  your company.

We collect contact information, such as telephone and e-mail contacts, shipping and company addresses, billing information, meeting records and communication, especially about candidates and tenders.

Supplier data  - we store personal data mainly from  reasons of legislative obligations and for accounting purposes. These are mainly invoicing and financial data.

Data on reference persons  - v  As part of ensuring quality services, we verify references about job seekers and projects. For this purpose, we only use the contact information provided to us by the candidates themselves. IN  As part of the references, we may store the information you provide to us and your contact details provided by the applicant himself / herself.

  • We use the data of candidates and clients to send them to clients or candidates in  during the filling of job positions or projects. The sending of data on candidates always takes place with the express consent of the given candidate.

  • We use the data to comply with legislative regulations and requirements, contractual obligations, bookkeeping and invoicing.

  • We use the data to send regular information about vacancies and projects on the market, but always only in  cases where we believe that positions and projects are relevant to you.

  • We also collect data for the purpose of sending relevant marketing materials and communication, information about promotions, news in  our company, current market events, etc. if we believe it is in your interest.

The protection of your personal data is a priority for us. The essence of our activity, however, lies in  filling vacancies and projects. Therefore, we must share some data under certain circumstances.

We share the personal data of candidates with  by our clients only after the express consent of the applicant and the expressed interest in the presentation in  the company. We require our clients to adhere strictly to the principles of personal data protection.

We may share the personal data of our clients with  by our candidates in  during the selection procedures and the description of the offered job position.

We may provide the data to third parties who, as an external service provider, perform some of the following  our functions, such as lawyers, auditors or accountants.
